Conflict Coaching Documents

Conflict Coaching documents are for individuals seeking one-on-one conflict support before mediation, during ongoing conflict, or while preparing for difficult conversations.

Maryland Notary Information

Review the following information before requesting Maryland notary services.

Notary Appointment Information

What to Bring

  • The complete document requiring notarization.
  • A current government-issued photo identification.
  • Every person whose signature must be notarized.
  • Any witnesses required by the document or receiving organization.

Please do not sign the document beforehand when the requested notarial act requires the signature to be witnessed. The document must be complete before the appointment.

  • Acknowledgments
  • Oaths and affirmations
  • Verifications on oath or affirmation
  • Witnessing or attesting signatures
  • Certifying eligible copies

Harrington Mediation does not prepare legal documents, select notarial certificates, or provide legal advice. Service depends on Maryland law, proper identification, document completeness, and the requested notarial act.

Fees

  • Original notarial act: up to $8.00.
  • Requested reproduction of a notarized record or journal entry: up to $2.00 per copy.
  • Mobile appointments: prevailing IRS business-mileage reimbursement plus a travel fee not exceeding $5.00.

All applicable fees will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
